A: Yes, you have to pay for design services before we get started on your project.

Q: What kind of files do you accept?
A: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, EPS, PDF, JPG & TIFF. Please save files at 300 DPI. We cannot use PNG, GIF or DOC files images.

Q: What is the turnaround time on a design project?
A: Depending on the amount of work involved, a graphic designer will generate a proof within 48 hours of receiving your job. Jobs received after 2pm are considered next day.

Q: What kind of files do you accept?
A: If you need multiple versions of the same design, we charge for the cost of printing plus $10 for each additional version or variation.
