1. Determine Your Printing Needs
You can provide us with photos and text to create a layout for
your card or you can have someone design your card for you. if required, your designer
can download layout templates in the "Specs" section of our site.
There are 2 methods for printing postcards; traditional or digital. These options are selected automatically for you based on the quantity and item you are printing.
OPTION 1. Traditional Printing:
Traditional printing is more cost effective than digital printing for
larger quantities (5000+) and has a 2-3 business day turn-around.*
Our postcards are printed on a 14-point card stock with full color glossy
front and back. The minimum quantity is 1,000 and the full quantity must be the
same design.
OPTION 2. Digital Printing:
Digital printing offers more features (eg. variable data, a choice of
paper, high gloss finish) and has a 24-48 hour turn-around.*
Digital printing is perfect for small quantities and quick turn-around. Any size up to 14x20.
* Jobs submitted after 2pm are considered
as submitted the following day.
The design must be the same for the full quantity of cards that you are
ordering. (i.e. an order of 5000 cards must be one design, not 2000 of
one and 3000 of another).
Cards requiring design, scanning, or file correction will be considered
submitted when complete and/or signed off by the customer.
2. Complete an Order
Click the PRODUCTS button on our menu bar or select a product from the left to begin
your order. Select your size, quantity and options to begin your order. Once completed, your order is submited directly into our database. Addtioanlly, our Customer Service reps can
fax you an order form.
3. Finalize Your Artwork
Click the SEND FILES button on our menu bar to submit artwork directly
onto our servers. Or work with our design department to finalize your
layout. Our turn-around begins once we receive your final files or
your proof approval. NOTE: If you are using a mailhouse, we recommend
sending them the proof of your postcard to assure it conforms with
bulk mailing specs. If you are mailing your postcards, we recommend
you visit USPS.com to learn about placement of text to avoid barcodes
put on by the
USPS

4. Include Payment With Your Order
We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and cash. Your
shipping preference should be determined and paid for when your order
is placed. See our "Shipping"
section for our UPS Pricing Calculator. Once the order is commited to
production, cash and credit card refunds are not permitted.
Orders
can be processed only when files are submitted correctly and order
forms accompanied with full payment and client's signature. Order picked
up or shipped within New York City must include 8.375% sales tax. Within
New York State, you must pay the specific tax of the county you're
shipping to, unless you send us a copy of your reseller or tax exempt
certificate.
5. Your Order is Ready
Your order will be shipped in approximately 2-3 business days from
the date your full payment and approved artwork is received. Digital
jobs will be ready 24-48 hours after approval. You will receive an
email with your Tracking Number when your package is picked up by UPS
or Fedex. Turn-around times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Your cards may
be picked up at our offices, delivered in Manhattan, or shipped
via FedEx or UPS. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. Indicate
on your order form how you prefer your order shipped, and include
full payment or your shipping account number with your artwork.
UPS
This is the standard method of shipping. For UPS shipping rates, use
our
Shipping
Calculator. We can ship on our UPS account and add it to your
invoice, or on your UPS account and you will be billed directly
from them. Once your order has been picked up by UPS, we will email
your tracking number so you can monitor your package by calling
1-800-PICK-UPS or by visiting
www.ups.com. Within Manhattan
it is quicker and easier to use our van delivery service.
Fedex
We can ship on your Fedex account and you will be billed directly from
them. Once your order has been picked up by Fedex, we will email
your tracking number so you can monitor your package by calling
1-800-GO-FEDEX or by visiting
www.fedex.com. Within Manhattan
it is quicker and easier to use our van delivery service.
Delivery
(Manhattan Only) For a $25 fee, our driver can deliver your postcards
in Manhattan. This is often quicker and more convenient than picking
up due to the weight of the boxes and the high traffic volume near
our building.
Pickup
(NY Only) When your order is ready, please use your order number for
pickup. IF you are using a messenger service, be certain they have
the order number, order weight, and quantity of boxes. Postcards
will not be released without an order number. PLEASE NOTE: Orders
that are not picked up within 90 days are considered abandoned
by the client. Due to limited storage capacity we cannot hold orders
indefinitely.
Pickup Hours: 10am to 6pm daily, Monday-Friday.

Pick up Tips:
- Bring a luggage carrier or handtruck.
- Always have the order number or record number ready.
- Provide messenger services with your order number, order weight, and box quantity.
